Definitely 10 star rating for the valuable professional knowledge that I received working with Tom Hurley on my VA disability issue. I was totally loss in trying to figure the process to where to start. I met Tom and immediately he worked his magic and gathered records, reviewed my medical condition, explained the process and spoke in VA language that only an expert with experience can understand. Being partially deaf, Tom was so patient to slowly explain the steps and answered all my questions.
